Refund policy
1. Reservation Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 3 days prior to the start date of your rental. If the cancellation is made within this timeframe, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance will be eligible for a 50% refund.
2. Early Returns
- If you return the equipment before the end of the rental period, no partial refunds will be provided.
3. Refund Process
- All refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. Damaged or Lost Equipment
- In the event of any damage or loss of rented equipment, additional fees may apply, which will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the payment method on file.
